We are happy to report that we paid a long awaited visit to Trust Cellar’s Woodinville tasting room last week and were delighted to find a friendly staff and delicious wines.
Situated in the heart of the Hollywood Schoolhouse tasting district, Trust is a cozy, friendly space perfect for small to medium sized groups. They also have a tasting room located in downtown Walla Walla.
The Wine Club options at Trust range from 4-12 bottles per year, and members can select bottle deliveries of white wine, red wine or mixed.
Holiday lights adorn this cozy tasting room in Woodinville. I can’t wait to stop back in the Spring or Summer and take advantage of this patio setting!
2014 Walla Walla Syrah earned 92 points by Wine Enthusiast, and was voted as one of Seattle Met Magazine’s top 100 in Washington State. Notes of raspberry, and dark chocolate combine with meaty notes in this bold red. I was impressed, and brought home two bottles to serve at a holiday party.
Holiday decorations light up Trust’s festive Woodinville tasting room. An added bonus is that this is a kid friendly establishment, perfect if you want to stop in with guests visiting from out of town.
One of the most surprising parts of our visit to Trust was the 2016 Riesling. I spent nearly a decade courtesy drinking Rieslings with my ex mother-in-law, and I have never tasted one as crisp, refreshing and delicious as this. What I loved about it was that is was not too sweet. Give this one a try!
