Village Wines in Woodinville now hosts “Work From Village Wednesdays.” They’re delighted to have work-at-home types come bring a laptop and use their wi-fi any day of the week (so long as we all order food and drinks and don’t hog a table for eight hours!)
However, on Wednesdays they’re especially inviting entrepreneurial types and those of us who work at home to come bring our laptops, tablets and phones and get some work done in their spacious restaurant. Who knows, you might see me there later today!
Village Wines has a great selection of food items (salads, sandwiches, tapas, and flatbread pizzas) and I say there’s nothing wrong with having a glass of wine in the afternoon while you’re working – especially if you’re writing about wine!
And, they have air conditioning on these hot sunny summer days, unlike my house here in the suburbs!
