Sneak Peek at the Adrice Wines New Tasting Room in Woodinville

This week we were invited to come take a sneak peek at the new Adrice Wines winery tasting room in the warehouse district in Woodinville. We met up with owners Julie Bulrice, left, and Pamela Adkins, on the right. They’ve been busy this week moving out of their smaller Artisan Hill space into the former Davenport Cellars tasting room. We are so happy for them!

Julie and Pam have been working really hard to update and transform the tasting room, and we love what they’ve done!

The winery is dog friendly and kid friendly.

Soon, they’ll be serving a small selection of foods to accompany their wines.

We are so impressed by the new huge U-shaped wine tasting bar, with plenty of comfy bar stool seating. The live edge wood counters are movable so the tasting room can be reconfigured as needed for events, meetings and parties. (Yes, you can rent out the venue!)

It occurs to me that this is a great setup for solo wine tasters – you can sidle up to the bar and meet other people out tasting wine, without feeling silly and conspicuous sitting by yourself at a table meant for four.

Pamela Adkins is the winemaker for Adrice Wines. We’re delighted to have so many talented women winemakers here in Woodinville and in Washington State.

We got to preview two of the three new Rosé wines that Adrice Wines will be releasing in March. Their Rosie the Riveter is a Nebbiolo Rosé and their Rosé the Riveter is made from Grenache. Their third Rosé will be for Adrice wine club members only.

The 2019 Rosé the Riveter wine will be available in March.

It will likely sell out fairly quickly, so if I were you, I’d pick up a few bottles during your visit if you’re a fan. It’s going to be a long, hot summer!

You’ll see quite a few Rosie the Riveter decorations around the new tasting room.

We stopped to admire the Rosie the Riveter plaque on the wall. The door opens to the large production facility where Adrice wines sit aging in barrels.

Boxes upon boxes of Adrice wines sit waiting to be purchased and enjoyed.

The production facility is a great upgrade, since Adrice Wines has been growing so much and producing so much more wine this last year.

Stop by the “soft opening” of Adrice Wines today, Friday February 28, any time after 2 pm or so, to meet the owners, taste wine and check out the space!
