Happy first day of March! We’re delighted to get a sneak peek at spring today with sunshine and relatively warm weather. It makes us want to go out wine tasting, on a Monday morning!
This month is special in two ways. It is Taste Washington Wine Month and it is also Women’s History Month.
All month long, we will be showcasing local women winemakers, women winery owners, women restaurant owners and other women working in the Washington State wine industry throughout the month. (Such as Stephanie from Glacier View Cellars shown here and Lisa from Warr-King Wines shown in our feature pic).
We are also working to showcase local BIPOC foodie bloggers and wine enthusiasts and encourage them to come out to our local Woodinville wineries, collaborate and become more visible in wine industry social media spheres. (DM us on FB or Instagram and let’s work together!)
We are so excited for this month’s celebrations, virtual tastings and interviews that will be popping up all over wine industry social media feeds. We’ll be sure to keep track of and share with you the events we find most intriguing and upcoming must-see interviews.
