Tonight I’m pairing Isenhower Cellars’ 2020 “Fuga a Due” red wine from Rattlesnake Hills with my pasta dinner. This wine is 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 50% Sangiovese. On Saturday, I’ll be opening Sparkman Cellars’ 2018 “Reunion” wine with a friend who absolutely loves Washington red wines. It’s made from 92% Graciano and 8% Touriga Nacional from Snipes Mountain.
