I was so curious about these three new sparkling wines, so bought myself a box to try them out. Perhaps I’ll host a small backyard party for a few close wine-curious friends.
The new Fete & Fancy sparkling wine is from Elicit Wine Project, part of Ste. Michelle Wine Estates. The grapes for these sparkling wines are sourced from the Columbia Valley.
The flavors are:
Hibiscus + Rhubarb Brut Rosé
Prickly Pear + Key Lime Brut
Lemon + Lavender + Honey Brut
